What Virtuoso Access Means For You

So let me be specific about what this actually looks like for my client

As a Virtuoso advisor affiliated with Departure Lounge, I have preferred partner status with a large number of the world's leading hotels, cruise lines, safari operators, and villa companies. When I book a property on behalf of a client, I book it at a level that most travellers and many advisors simply cannot access.

That means confirmed room upgrades where available. Complimentary breakfast for two. An on-property credit, typically between $100 and $300 depending on the property. Early check-in and late check-out. And in many cases, a personal welcome from the property team who know my clients will be looked after.

None of this costs my clients anything extra. It is the result of booking through the right relationships.

Colorful houses built on a hillside by the water with boats floating in a harbor and a bright blue sky with wispy clouds.

More Than Perks

The Virtuoso network is valuable. But the relationship that matters most is the one I have built directly with the properties and operators I recommend.

When a flight is cancelled and my clients are stranded, I am not calling a helpline. I am calling the general manager directly. When a room is not right on arrival, there is someone on the ground who knows my name and my standards.

This is what access means at a level that actually makes a difference. Not an upgrade at check-in if one happens to be available. A genuine relationship with the people running the property, built on years of sending them clients who come back.

Private Aviation

I work with trusted private aviation operators to arrange charter flights for individuals, families, and groups. This is not a product I push, it is the right solution for certain trips. Multi-destination itineraries, remote destinations, or clients who have decided their time is worth more than a business class queue. I handle the brief, operator selection, and coordination with everything else in the itinerary.

Private Yacht Charters

The Mediterranean. The British Virgin Islands. French Polynesia. A crewed yacht changes the entire dynamic of a trip, your schedule, your crew, your route. I handle the full charter process from vessel selection to provisioning brief, built around exactly what your group wants from the water.

Safari & Africa

Africa planned properly is one of the most extraordinary things I do. The right camp, the right season, the right circuit, the right operator. Whether that is a first safari with children, a remote fly-in camp for two, or a complex multi-country expedition, I have the relationships and the experience to build it well.

Private Island & Villa Rental

Complete privacy in a setting that is genuinely special. I source and book private islands, estates, and villas across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Indian Ocean, and beyond. Every property is vetted. Every villa comes with a full staff brief. And nothing is recommended that I would not book for my own family.

Culinary & Private Experiences

The dinner at the chef's table before the restaurant opens. The private evening at a winery with the owner. The market tour at dawn with a local cook before a morning in someone's kitchen. These experiences are not bookable online. They come from relationships, and they are the kind of thing my clients remember long after the rest of the trip has faded.

If you can imagine it, we can deliver it.

A SMALL LIST OF CLIENTS, LOOKED AFTER PROPERLY

I work with a deliberately small number of clients at any one time. That is not a positioning statement — it is what allows me to do this work the way I believe it should be done. With full attention, genuine relationships, and the kind of follow-through that only happens when someone is not stretched across a hundred open files at once.

If you are looking for that level of service, I would love to talk.

  • Tell me about the trip you have been thinking about — even if it is still a loose idea. Where you want to go, who is coming, what you want to feel like when you are there. That conversation is where everything starts, and it costs nothing to have it.

  • Once we are working together, I build your itinerary around you specifically. Your travel style, your family's pace, the experiences that will actually land. This is not a template with your name on it. Every element is chosen because it is right for your trip.

  • Your job at this point is simply to show up and be present. Everything is confirmed, every supplier is briefed, and your full itinerary is in your hands before you leave. I am available throughout the trip if anything comes up, from a minor question to a genuine problem that needs solving quickly.

  • Two weeks before departure, your complete itinerary with all confirmations is loaded into your client portal. Your hotels and properties are notified of any VIP amenities in advance. And I will be in touch before, during, and after the trip to make sure everything goes exactly as it should.
